The Peppermill is the best casino/hotel in Reno!! Immaculate rooms, curtious/friendly staff, excellent cuisine and the best rates/comps in town. It exsamplifies and sets the standards of what a good casino is all about.Every time we visit the staff still remembers our name!!

I have stayed here twice now and will be going back in August. This is one of the best places to stay in Reno. Besides the location, everything is great. The spa suites are super nice. The casino is large and seems to pay out pretty well. Comps are very generous here also. I always manage to get free rooms at the Peppermill. There is lots of food choices and everything is great! definetely stop by the Pepeprmill on your next trip. you wont be dissapointed.

I loved our room! Was big and very comfortable. Room service was great. Next time I would ask for a room overlooking the pool, our room was over the front entrance and we had bright lights shining all night. There were black out curtains but I didnt like the glare when the drapes were open.

In and of itself, the Peppermill is one of the best Casino/Hotels in Reno. I love the extensive neon and clean, expansive casino floor. The hotel is very nice if you stay in the towers (avoid the lodge). The buffet is very good and relatively cheap. But all of these assets are negated by the inconvenient location. Miles south of the strip on Virginia, the only other casino anywhere close is Atlantis, and even that is not within walking distance.

The Peppermill is THE place to stay in Reno if you like gambling, eating & drinking! It's like a little world of it's own away from the mobs of people downtown. It's safe, clean, and beautiful!

We have stayed at the Peppermill 3x and will definately be back. The staff are very friendly, and the pools (one heated and one cold plunge) are great for gambling breaks. We are not huge gamblers but the comps have been very good. We get free room offers frequently and a meal or two during each trip to Reno. The spa suites are indeed nice, but even the regular rooms are clean & roomy. The Peppermill is my only choice in Reno!

The Peppermill is one of the best properties in Reno. Unfortunately, it's not within walking distance to the downtown casinos. Their buffet is one of the best I've seen anywhere and is reasonably priced. The casino employees are friendly and helpful an d the video poker bar pours a great drink! If you stay in the hotel, pay a little more for an upgrade to a Jacuzzi suite. These suites have a steam room built into your shower and a Jacuzzi tub for two surrounded by mirrors. If you don't mind having to drive or take a cab to many of the other Reno properties, then give the Peppermill a try!
