The hardest thing that any hotel has to contend with is a L A R G E convention.
The Elks Convention virtually booked the whole place and everyone was great to us. Only complaint that I had was that a sliding closet door was off the track and I reported it on the first day. Five days later, it still did not get fixed. Restaurants and casino were on the money.

I live in Reno, and yet I still stay at this hotel every year. Its a very nice hotel, with great service and a great casino. For anyone coming to Reno, this is the place to go.

Nice property with large rooms. But it is not within walking distance to the downtown area so you'll need to pay for a cab to visit the other casinos. Close to the airport but not affected by airplane noise.
